Learn the Basics of a Yoga Practice Before Attending Regular Classes
Kick Start your yoga practice in 2017 with a beginners yoga course. This course is designed to help complete beginners feel more confident to walk in to a general Hatha or Foundations class.
This course will cover all you need to know to feel confident to join a general yoga class and to set you on your path to a regular yoga practice.Each week we will run through a beginners sequence and will have a special focus on one of the following topics:

- Breathing/Basic Relaxation / Meditation
- Sun Salutations
- Standing Poses
- Seated Poses
- Basic Inversions
, the founder and owner of Yoga Village first began practicing yoga in the year 2000, and quickly fell in love with the combination of physical movement, breath work and mental discipline. Since 2006 Nadia has had a daily practice, focussed on Ashtanga Yoga, a tradition she was blessed to teach by her teacher Sharath Jois, one of the most senior yoga teachers in the world. Nadia has extensive teaching experience of both beginners and advanced students.
The course runs for 4 Weeks on Tuesdays at 7:30pm for one hour.
