Over the 6 weeks of this course you will discover how to develop awareness of the physical, mental and emotional aspects of the Self and apply practical techniques to bring harmony and balance to your life.
You will find the course relevant whether you are new to Yoga or a long time practitioner.
Delving into the understanding of the 8 Limb Path of Yoga will reveal to you the true essence of what Yoga is, its countless physical and mental benefits and teach you how you can use Yoga to enhance everyday living.
Each session will include an asana practice, short talk, practical application assignment and mediation.
*Please bring a notebook/pen and Yoga mat
*No past Yoga experience required.
