Are you ready to let Yoga in to your life? Here is a chance to really commit to your practice with the support of a group who are all making the same changes.
This program involves one month of classes, at home meditation videos, an at home practice for days when you can’t come in, recipes and meal plan to help to eat in a more yogic way and support and love.
What it Involves:
The purpose of this program to to help you to make yoga practice a genuine part of your life. To allow you to make the commitment in a supported environment.
Throughout the month you are encouraged to attend a minimum of 20 classes, and the pass is limited to one class per day. The reason we have limited the pass is because we want to you invite yoga in to your life in a sustainable way, and attending 2 classes per day for one month is a sure-fire way to burn out as is trying to “cram” for your 20 classes near the finish line.
At the end of the month everyone who attended 20 yoga classes or more will be in the running to win a 3 month membership – there will be one lucky winner announced on March 1, 2016!
You will receive some emails throughout the month with tips, recipes etc as well as a video for a restorative home practice and a ten minute guided meditation that we recommend you do daily, either when you first wake up, or before you go to bed but any time is better than none so just introduce it in to your day at a time that suits you and your lifestyle.
