Here are the answers to some of our most-asked questions.
Total Beginners to Yoga should join the Beginners Yoga Foundations Classes that are designed for beginners to yoga or those who need to brush up on their practice before joining a general yoga class.
Ashtanga Yoga Mysore style assumes no prior knowledge and is also suitable for all levels though a high commitment is expected from those attending the class. To read more about Ashtanga click here.
Hatha & Slow Flow classes are general classes for students with some experience. Teachers offer options for different levels (not recommended for total beginners)
Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga Classes are open to all levels.

We prefer students to book in online as it makes things easier when you arrive and helps us start the class on time. That said, we still take drop ins to our classes too if you feel like coming along last minute!
Wear something comfortable that you can move freely in such as leggings or shorts and a t-shirt. Bring a little hand towel if you tend to sweat and make sure you drink water before you come, as it is best not to drink water through the class.
We do have mats for hire for a gold coin donation. If you have your own then please bring it along and you are welcome to store it at the Yoga School if you are attending regularly.
